I love Korean culture and it’s very rare that you see contemporary literary fiction about Korea. Add to that that it was feminist literature and I was sold. The premise sounded so interesting and it was also a massive plus that Kim Jiyoung, Born 1982 was only 176 pages! …

This is the third Illumicrate box that I’ve ever received. The first one was the Muse of Nightmares edition box, and the second was the limited edition box of The Cruel Prince. With this being the first ever monthly subscription box by Illumicrate that I’d opened, I was quite excited to see what they had in store for me, as I have loved every single item that they’ve included in their limited edition boxes.

Welcome back to ANOTHER Fairy Loot unboxing! So, for this month the theme was ‘Rulebreakers’ and when the theme was announced last month, I knew exactly what the book was, and to make things even better, I had an ARC of the book and I had already read most of it, and thought it was amazing.

Welcome back to another book haul! I really am trying to curb my spending when it comes to books as I really want to read all of the books that I have on my shelves already. HOWEVER, when you see a good bargain, I don’t think anyone can help themselves, right? I got most of these from my local charity bookshop, so I don’t feel so bad about buying more books than I wanted to.
I’ve included the synopsis for all of the books that I’ve hauled this month, including sequels, so if you’re not one for reading the blurbs (especially for sequels), then at least you can enjoy the pictures! …
Hey, guys and welcome to my February wrap up! I read a couple more books this month due to me doing my Masters and having to read a few books for that. In addition to the ones listed here, I’ve also read 3/4 of Girl, Woman, Other by Bernadine Evaristo, and 3/4 of Possession by A.S. Byatt.
