If you’re not aware of what First Impression Friday is, it was created by Joe at JW Martin – Storeys of Stories where, every Friday, he talks about his first impressions of his current read. I actually think that I’m going to do this bi-weekly because, at the moment, I don’t think that I’m going to be reading books that quick due to university.

I also think that – where Joe has said that he will just come back to his FIF post and link his reviews – I’m going to come back to the post, and just write if I was wrong or right. Hello, there! AND WELCOME TO ANOTHER MONTHS WORTH OF NEW RELEASES! I’ve pre-ordered a few of these books, but because October is a month where every single book on the planet seems to be coming out, I had to pick and choose a select few… If only I had loads of money…

There are LOADS of fantastic releases, and the main days for these seem to be the 2nd, the 4th, and the 18th!a lot of amazing releases coming out in September and a lot of them are standalones as well which means I don’t have to commit myself TO YET ANOTHER series.

Bleach is Netflix’s third attempt at making a live-action adaptation of a popular manga/anime. First, there was Deathnote, then there was Full Metal Alchemist, and now there is Bleach. Bleach is one of my favourite manga/anime. Spanning 16 seasons and 74 volumes, Netflix had A LOT of content that they could choose from to include in their adaptation.
