Quite the Quote | 06/09/18
Quite the Quote is a weekly meme created by Another Book in the Wall, where we all share some awesome quotes from literature. The quotes can be from books that you’ve read years ago or books that you’ve recently read.
If you want to join in in this weekly meme, then you can! Just link back your post in Kelly’s original post so that she can see all of your quotes!
This is the first time that I have taken part in this weekly meme, and I do love a good bookish quote, and I love sharing my favourite quotes with you, so I will definitely be carrying on with this every Thursday.
I’ve included this quote because I’m going back to university in a couple of weeks, and a few months ago, I read this quote in Big Bones and it resonated with me so much. Sometimes, I just don’t see the point in education when at the end of the road, it means nothing. One of the first things that I was told when I started university was that a degree doesn’t mean anything, and it won’t make you stand out from everyone else.
So that was great.
What do you think of this quote? Have you read Big Bones? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
Until next time…
