Easter Readathon Wrap Up
If you read my blog post where I said I was going to be doing the Easter Readathon – hosted by Kate from Reading Through Infinity – you will know that I had quite an ambitious TBR pile.
Looking back, I don’t know why I chose the books I did. I didn’t have access to the books (because my Dutch family were staying in my bedroom) and I also didn’t have the TIME to read 3 full length novels.
However, what I DID do what read little and often of small books, and I got quite a bit done. So here is my wrap up for the Easter Readathon:
– I listened to 70% of Heart of Betrayal by Mary E. Pearson (narrated by Emily Rankin)
– finished reading Orlando (I had 14 pages left)
– read 110 pages of Passion of New Eve by Angela Carter
– started and finished She Felt Like Feeling Nothing by R.H Sin
– started and finished The Damned vol. 1 AND 2 by Cullen Bunn
So overall, I read a total of 871 pages which I’m actually really pleased with considering I was working A LOT over the Easter weekend as well… and it’s the same as two big novels I guess? I got quite a lot of reading done and I was actually really motivated to do well. Unfortunately, that motivation didn’t last after the readathon finished as I went back to hardly reading anything!
But there we have it! That’s my Easter readathon wrap up! Did you participate in a readathon over the Easter weekend? Let me know in the comments below!
